Snuggled against the banks

Down on the river, Nyack
has a special little park where townspeople and tourists
alike flock to catch a summer breeze, enjoy a picnic,
fish, kayak and just sit and relax. From the park,
the Tappan Zee Bridge stretches across the Hudson
to the south, and the Nyack Marina is filled with
sailboats and motor launches to the north. Across
the river, Westchester county rises.
